The hotel was fairly clean and had exceptional and polite staff. Also, location was marvellous and unique, just 5 minutes walk from Alte Mainbruecke. It was surely a such great stay on vacation.

the breakfast had a great selection of food and it was satisfactory. location: the hotel was not far from the nearby shopping center for 15 eur/day, several clubs and bars and view on residenz uphill. we visited muck, based just walking distance from the property.

Their rooms are always comfy and bright with fridge, insuffitient temperature and comfy beds...

Convenient location near the center with a streetcar stop right outside. The ground floor restaurant was great for dinner. The friendly staff made our early check-in possible and even changed our room to the first floor to accommodate my wife's breathing issues. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Wurzburg.

The hotel had a lovely traditional breakfast room with a great variety of food to choose from. The spacious and clean rooms were within walking distance to the center and many restaurants. They also had a separate parking area for guests.

The hotel was a bit noisy, particularly if your room was facing the road and there was no lift, which could be an issue for guests with mobility issues. it felt more like a guest house than a hotel with few facilities and the price was expensive considering the basic amenities on offer.
